1 Acceptance of Terms

All funds deposited must be from a payment account that is registered in your own name. PKO88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not matching your registered details, it may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending review.

Bets are final once confirmed. PKO88 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet that has been confirmed by the system, except in circumstances defined in our void and cancellation policy — for example, if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable deadline, or abandoned before a result can be determined.

• PKO88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result declared by the relevant sport governing body or tournament organiser will be used as the basis for settlement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension and Closure
